Norway Spruce can grow fast to 75 feet. They have
dense, dark green needles that never get longer than 1 inch. Norway Spruce
thrives well in average soil conditions, but prefer moisture in the soil to
maintain its deep green color. They are a highly valued ornamental and timber
tree. Because of its dense growth Norway Spruce make a great windbreak. They
should be planted 6 feet apart if your plan is to make a windbreak.
